Hospitalize.


Hello readers! 
Im paralize. Just for awhile :)
After 2 weeks i can walk again insyaAllah, doctor said.
Just done my knee operate.
Why?

Coz slalu main sport tp x warm up. Inilah akibatnye ye rakan2.
tp main reason kena ni coz haritu la main basketball.
doktor kata maybe time main salah landing then otot lom sedia nk turn
tp badan da turn tu yg sebabkan ligament putuih tu. paham?
ntah cmne nk explain aku pun x reti haha  


Actually dah lama dah lutut ni sakit. Gi Klinik doktor kata aku lenguh2 biase je.
So teruskanlah main badminton basketball and so on dengan giatnye.
Pastu melarat sampai 4 bulan kaki aku x hilang lenguh n sakit.
last2 nk jalan pown payah.

So balik cuti summer, trus gi buat MRI kat hospital swasta.
And yeah tats it.
LIGAMENT LUTUT PUTUS AND ADE KOYAK.

Memang xde cara lain kena bedah, so bedah jela dr selamanya sakit kan.
Cost pembedahan around RM26k. 
Yup aku x risau coz insurance tanggung smua. hahaha

Aku amik Insurance Prudential. Under abng aku sendiri.
Mane nk cekau 26k dlm masa terdekat? aku blk trus buat operation, done. 
So sape yg xde insuran tu gi la cepat2 amik. Bukan ape, kita x tau ape
yg bakal blaku kan. Just be prepair for urself.
Kalau berminat leh la cari abng aku untuk insurance k

Dah nama pown insurance bayar, bantai la makan best2 haha chicken chop trus.

So moral of the story,
warm up la dlu kalau nk berseport tu.
and ape yg penting?
Insurance. korang da ade lom?
Be prepair.
